2) What data do we collect about you?

• Identity & contact details: last name, first name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth (and that of the legal representative for minors).
• Background & organization: levels, classes, attendance/absences, administrative/educational exchanges.
• Billing & payments: billing details, amounts, payment status, transaction references.
• Technical & website: forms submitted, technical logs necessary for operation and security.

3) Purposes & bases for processing

• Execution of the teaching contract and management of registrations (planning, monitoring, communication).
• Legal obligations (accounting, storage).
• Legitimate overriding interest (internal organization, security of premises and systems, quality of service).
• Non-essential communication/marketing: with your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

4) Recipients & subcontractors

Access limited to management, teachers, and the administrative office.
Service providers under processing contracts: e.g., hosting (Kreativ Media GmbH), communication tools, accounting/payment.
Hosting-Provider: Kreativ Media GmbH.

5) Transfers abroad

We prioritize hosting in Switzerland (or countries recognized as adequate). If a transfer to a country without an adequate level of protection were to occur, we would apply the safeguards provided for by the Federal Act on Data Protection (e.g., standard contractual clauses and additional measures). 6) Retention periods

• Student files: for the duration of the relationship and then for the period necessary to defend rights and comply with legal deadlines.
• Accounting documents: 10 years from the end of the financial year.
• Technical logs: for the period strictly necessary for security and proper functioning.

7) Your rights (LPD)

You may request: information & access, rectification, erasure/restriction, portability (where applicable), and objection to processing, in particular direct marketing (in which case we will cease such processing).

8) Security & incidents

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (TLS/HTTPS, access controls, backups). In the event of a high-risk data security breach, we follow the guidelines of the PFPDT and make the required notifications.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the functioning of the website.
If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, a consent banner will allow you to accept or refuse them before they are stored.
